I'm just wondering how user accounts and customer zones interact on an ISV platform: Is a user account tied to a single customer zone? Or can the same user account have access to multiple customer zones? If an email address is used in one customer zone, can it no longer be used in other customer zones? Or could the same person have accounts in multiple customer zones each with the same email address? Thanks - Nathan
User account is always tied to particular customer.

Regarding the second part of your question, each zone (i.e. tenant) has its own set of user accounts. Email addresses can be used by any number of user accounts regardless of zones so yes, the same person can have accounts in multiple zones each with the same email address.
The thing that must be unique across all zones, and within each zone, is the login name. Login names must be unique across all zones in a Rollbase instance (by instance I mean a Private Cloud installation or Rollbase.com).
