I am testing the Update from XML feature. We are getting an error and I wanted to see if I could get some feedback. I was under the impression that the XML would replace the installed application in the customer zone. Here is the error: Content is not allowed in prolog.

You might have tried to export your XML using Google Chrome. I have also encountered this. Try using Firefox to export the XML as this "might" be a browser-related issue.
