These fees only apply to Rollbase.com Hosted Cloud, not Private Cloud which allows unlimited storage and bandwidth.
Additional 25MB of storage is $30/mo; it is most cost-efficient to license an additional user which comes with 25MB of storage anyway.
Regarding bandwidth, we address this by charging $0.50 (50 cents) per user per month for each Portal User (i.e. each record of type Portal Visitor).
