Records which is subject for LDF restriction all shows up in

The record which is supposedly hidden as a parameter in the quick search shows up even if already applied with LDF. But here is the catch the problem only arises if we are to use the 'pick-list' type as a look-up but works fine if we use the traditional look-up which is the magnifying glass. As of now we are forced to use the look-up type instead of pick-list type not a real stopper though needs to be fix. Thanks
