Hi I'm working on the custom template for Rollbase now. Apart from editing the CSS file, It also requires some HTML template files to be changed too (there are some layout elements hard-coded in HTML that need changing). I had a look on the application structure on the web server but couldn't find templates like: headers, footer, tables etc. Could you please advise me where I can find those files? Thanks!
Hi Pete,
It sounds like you are referring to the ability to add headers and footers to applications and portals. (We do not allow you to modify layout elements that are hard-coded directly).
When you are logged in, go to an Application's details and click on the "Header & Footer" option in the "More Actions" drop down.
The same can be done with Portals.
This is discussed in Chapter 2 (search for "header") and Chapter 12.
