I can't find an explination of how to create Integration Links to be used in HTTP Post and Get operation, could you please provide/point me to the correct area for these?

We'll make this more clear in the docs thanks for pointing it out.
"Integration Link" is a field type so the steps are:
1. Go to the Object definition
2. Create a new field
3. Select "Integration Link" for field type
