Communication Log form issue

I am trying to add a new Communication Log, and I am getting the error message: System Error - Use Page Editor to add 'Related To' field to this page However, the "Related To" field is already on the New Communication Log page. Furthermore, the Edit Communication Log page works fine. I have tried to Save / Synchronize the Edit page to the New Page in hopes that the related to field would somehow populate, but this did not work. I noticed that the (Parent Object) Related To Original ID is different on the New page, and the Edit page. any ideas?
