App Installation Issue (missing pages after install)

After installing an App... the first Tab of the App is trashed... i.e. only displays that a page is not found. If I go back to the publishing zone... edit, save and update that first Tab/Page (not really changing anything) and Publish those updates... the App can then be Updated in the Customer Zone and all "seems" well, in THAT Customer Zone.
