Is it expected that certain log files will not exist... at c

I ask because I receive messages similar to the following, from time to time, when attempting to view the logs. System Error File C:\Tomcat\rollbase\storage\2\log\search.log does not exist

No, this is strange.



1. Please make sure you're using the most recent binaries (there was related bug fixed recently)



2. Consider giving me admin account in your master zone so I could take a look

I think we have the latest... you have an Admin Account... I just Reset your Password.

1) Login to my Master Zone using your Admin Account.



2) Click on "System Console."



3) Click on "Master Zone."



4) Click on "Master Zone Logs."



5) A couple of the logs look OK... but, most produce the following kind of message.



System Error



File C:\Tomcat\rollbase\storage\2\log\xxxxxxx.log does not exist
