Shared Picklist Value

Hello, I encountered an issue on shared picklist value. Here is how to replicate the issue: 1. Create Object A 2. Create New Picklist > Shared As = “Share as New” 3. Add records 4. Create Object B 5. Create New Picklist > Shared As = “Object A Picklist” 6. Add records 7. Rename Picklist Item of Object A After editing a value on Object A picklist, the current values on existing records were set to blank. It would be great if there is a checkbox that I can tick if I want to update the existing records so that there will be no blank picklist value on records. Thanks, Gian

Sorry it took me a while to look into this issue, but it seems to be non-issue. When you "Rename Picklist Item of Object A" you destroy the old item and create a new one. Otherwise you should use "Replace" link.
