Select All Records in Views not working properly.

Good Day, I've encountered some problems in my filtered views in recordlist pages and search result pages, I created views with filter for instance i have total of 30 records in an object, when being viewed in the filtered view the view returns 29 records as i've filtered one record but when I use the select Records on all pages it also includes the filtered one record instead of selecting only the 29 records it selects all the 30 records which will break my validations and requirements.
