Rollbase Filtering Problem - Related Record Filtering

Consider the following scenario: 1. We have two objects: - Call Order - Call Order Status Note: Call Order Status is a related object since we want the status to be maintainable and not hard coded. 2. We have two records as seen in the screenshot below, which is clearly set its Status to Open. 3. We need to filter all Call Orders with their Status set to Open. Since both records have their status set to Open, it should appear on the filter. However, in this case, it does not.
