How large of a file can you attach in rollbase. It says that 512KB is the max. Is this all?
Private Cloud customers can configure this limit the way they want.
How do I know if we are a private cloud customer? Where do I configure the limit?

Are you referring to someone that works at Rollbase that setup our account? or whomever administers our Rollbase account internally?

Are you a Shango customer? Or do you work at Shango? You'll need to contact whoever at Shango manages the Rollbase instance there.
