I have received an email from rollbase system. The message is below, Subject: Indexing error on Master Zone zone Lucene index has failed: C:\Tomcat\rollbase\search\1\segments_6p (The system cannot find the file specified) I am not sure where to look up.

I did reindex in each customer's view and we still get the error message.

I can't say what's going wrong. Please try to search Lucene-related sources.
Where can I find Lucene sources?
Lucene is Apache project, try google for forums etc.
I receive this same email error message regularly for a zone on which we have performed a "database move" in Rollbase Private Cloud 2.1.
I have reindexed, performed a "data maintenance" and neither have seemed to help.
When you look at the search.log, do you see any table being reindexed, or does the reindex stops immediately?
