Configuring the 'Keywords' field in Detailed Search

I have noticed that a new update of Rollbase has rolled out and added the 'Keywords' field in Detailed Search. However, not all of my Detailed Search has the field. What is the criteria when adding the Keywords field? How can I remove the field?
