How do I create a drop down, radio button, or a check box co

Please clarify, I do not follow.

For example, you create an object Civil Status. You want it to be in radio button display whatever records you stored/saved as Civil Status. So basically, you relate a document object with the Civil Status object and display it to the users as radio button during data entry.

You can't display a Lookup field as radio button, but you can change any Lookup field on a page to display as a Picklist. This will achieve what you are looking for -- just as a drop-down list, not as radio buttons.



To do this, go to any page with a lookup field on it, edit that page, select the lookup field and change "Display As" to Picklist
