StelsMDB JDBC Driver to import MS Access dbs

Hello there, I have downloaded StelsMDB driver from J-Stels Software and installed into Tomcat/lib folder. I am not sure if there are any other steps I need to follow. (I have read Chapter 9 and Appendix A.) When I tried to import from an existing 2002-2003 format mdb file to rollbase, it gave me System Error (jstels.jdbc.mdb.MDBDriver). The documentation says that the StelsDBF is required - so I also installed that driver and restarted Tomcat - I received the same error: System Error (jstels.jdbc.mdb.MDBDriver). I've removed the DBF driver, as I'm not sure it's really required - can you please confirm? Thanks, Jae

1. StelsDBF is only required for Access import - please point me into documentation which says opposite.



2. Please open log file in your customer zone and give me a full exception trace - I may be able to help further. Use Master Zone > Customer View > View Logs.

Hello Pavel,



After I took a look at the log, I downloaded 1.4 which is one lower version than the latest one.

It works!

So I guess, it does work with the latest version.

If you mean compatibility with Java version, Rollbase requires Java 6 version.



Please let me know whether you've succeeded in Access import.

yes, it is working fine now.

There are two versions for StelsMDB JDBC Driver which are v2.1 and v1.4.

I have downloaded and installed the latest version (v2.1) and it did not work.



After I installed with the other version which is v1.4, it works ok now.
