When you create a new customer under system console, you have a picklist of Plans to choose from. However when you edit the customer object and find the plan field, it is not a picklist. We want to customize our own plans (names, descriptions etc.). Is this possible? Thanks, Blaine
In private cloud edition you can edit config/serviceLevel.xml file. On customer level you can also set individual resource levels.
As Pavel mentions, config/serviceLevel.xml contains all of the Plan definitions
