I know that Rollbase currently will read the email address from where the email originates and display a link in that email, BUT is there anywhere in that record you can view the email from using that established relationship? Shouldn't you be able to access tat email from the record as well as through the email view. Since it automatically creates a relationship between the email and the the object with that same email address shouldn;t it be viewable from the record with the matching email address. That would cut down having to link every email with a record when it links it automatically.
Rollbase uses Communication Log records to keep track on emails. These records for incoming emails can be created from Gmail component if you identify the record to attach incoming message.
