Rollbase provides a special token to link to view page. {!#LINK.catalog_item} Can we have the same functionality to link to edit and new (create) pages?
There are links to all menu pages - please check out available merge items.
thanks. but i don't think there is menu items for edit pages is there?
or, here's another example...if i was viewing a customer record, could i create a link to take me to the 'new order' page to create an order for that customer?
thank you. matt.
OK, I will add template tokens to Edit page as well as New pages for related records.
Where these tokens added for related records? I see New & Edit tokens only to the current object, not the related records. I know you can add using the url & pageid, but then you lose the breadcrumb navigation.
How can I link to a custom page?
The following links are available and point to the default base version of the pages:
{!#LINK.catalog_item#new}
{!#LINK.catalog_item#edit}
However, I would like to point to a custom edit page.
Is there a way to specify custom pages similar to this?
{!#LINK.catalog_item#my_custom_edit_page}
or
{!#LINK.catalog_item#12345678} where 12345678 is the page ID.
There is not currently a way to do this without hardcoding a page id in the link as Andrew Bridges mentioned. However, this is something I think we should consider adding to the roadmap.
