Error on Document Templates

Good Day! I've encountered an issue with regards to Document Templates. Whenever I "View" the document template, it works fine. However, when I click on "Preview", the error below shows up. Here's a screenshot of the Error message: Btw, The Document Template is in PDF format. Excel files seem to be working fine. Does anyone know the reason for this error? Thanks. -Gutchi
