Default Page of Object Tab

How can I change the default page when I click on of an object Tab? for example, there is an object tag name Test and under the Test, there are New Test, Search, Import and Templates. However, if I click Test Tag, it always opens a page which shows all the records of the object by default. can I change the default page? another question is, how can I disable other pages

You can clone "Record List" page, modify it the way you want, and assign cloned page to roles or users.

Use Setup > Application Setup > Objects > Selected Object > Pages
