Is there a way to invoke "After Create" triggers when e-mail is sent? For example, I've created an "after create" trigger in Communication Log object. I sent an e-mail by [selecting record] --> [selecting "Send To" in More Actions drop down list]. A communication log record is created but trigger is not invoked. Please help me on this. Many thanks.
You can create workflow action to send email. That could change workflow status. That in turn can run triggers.
