Report does not check the filters on page load, instead rend

When a report is clicked on, the report view page opens and starts rendering the report before clicking Run Report. However, it does not take into account any of the report filters that were saved on the report. Only after you click Run Report will the filters be recognized. Instead of automatically running the report while ignoring the filters on page load, can you change it to automatically run the report taking into account any saved filters on the report? Thanks
