Account Settings edit not working

Hi, When I log into my account as the administrator and I click on Administration Setup > "Account Settings" it takes me to the application directory and not a page to edit the account settings.

Sometimes browser cannot recognize cookies when opening a new window, especially when you're logged into several zones simultaneously. Please logout, close all your browsers, and try again.
