Is there any field that can be created to track when a portal user logsout? That would be a great source of information if you could calculate how long a customer is in your web application for. I see it in the audit trail but how do you run reports on it without a field?
We can consider this as a new feature.
Any luck on this? It would be a very valuable tool in measurement and reporting. Any help or workaround in the meantime you can think of?
For Portal Visitors and Users you can create triggers to run "On Login" and "On Logout"
