I put the Facebook Like button on a portal page. When you click LIKE, an error link appears.
If you click the Error, you get a popup saying:
It looks like the error may be from the & getting changed to 
Also, this portal page is a View Record page,
Can you submit support request with location of your portal etc ?
This should work now.
