Batch job keeps on running (sending report) to the recipient even though the recurrence is set to once a day at 8 AM. The batch job was working before user clicked on the RUN NOW. upon clicking once, the system generates and sends the report every minute.

If you choose "Start At" parameter a few days in the past, the system will schedule events to run from that past point of time. So it is possible that you'll see several emails sent with small intervals.
However I think this should not happen and I'll fix the system accordingly.
Please let me know if you're observing something else. Please check "Queue" list for info on scheduled events.
it runs exactly every a minute after. I checked the Queue and no record is displayed.
The bug is now fixed, fix will be deployed on rollbase.com soon.
Meanwhile change "Start At" to some future date - should work fine.
