Grid control doesn't use field default values

Grid control doesn't use the field default values. As an example, for a field of type decimal, the following defaults are not used by the grid when displaying or adding a row: Default Value : 0 Default HTML Size : 6 Instead, a empty field is displayed and its width is larger than the specified html size.
