Task Reminder pop up window When an open task is assigned to a user and it is already due, does Rollbase have the feature of displaying the reminder in a small browser pop up window? This window shows up when the user logs in to the system, and or when /she is currently logged in, the reminder shows up whenever a reminder is first triggered? Thanks
Yes, the system displays notifications in pop-up window. There is a setting "Pop-up Reminder" which determines when this notification should appear.

I'm looking at a New To-Do record and the only fields I'm seeing are Subject, Assigned to, Due Date, Priority, Description, Workflow Status and Private.

No, this is for Events only. Task has date, but no time. You can easily create email notification for tasks.You can also create a view of due tasks and add it to generic (landing) page.
