I am trying to set up an object script trigger that will set the correct Document Template for a record depending on what type of record it is (Annual = 365 or Quarterly = 90). The trigger debug says "changing value to: ...." but it does not actually change it (ie. the document template picklist is still "Please select..." for the record).
I am able to change other picklist fields (just not document template picklist fields) in the same manner...
