formula field doesn't show the answer

I made a formula field. in it is an api: return rbv_api.selectValue("select MAX(work_order_id) from work_order2"); when I click debug formula, it shows the answer I wanted to see. But it doesn't show on the page. what do you think is the problem? thanks.

You can try selectNumber API - it will guarantee to give number back.

Sorry I'm unable to help with particular formulas. Please make sure you're fully utilizing Rollbase debug features.
