I have an object named "Transfer" that transfers my "Client" record and it's child records ("Survey" and "Tasks"). When I try to transfer a Client record to another user, only the "Survey" child record is transferred. What could be causing the problem?
Perhaps you need to transfer Tasks as well - they have relationships with User.
What I want to do is that I would only transfer my Client record and child records under it will automatically be transferred. I am wondering why the "Survey" child records are transferred automatically to the new owner while the "Tasks" records are not?
