Calendar - When I create a task and assign it to a user it shows up on all calendars not just the user I assigned it to. What am I doing wrong or does it not have that functionality?
Tasks are subjected to usual access control limitations. Particularly you can assign "View" access only to users related to task. You can also mark tasks as "private".
So does it only show in a single users calendar if it is marked private? Or does it go by the ASSIGNED to field?
Are you saying if they share the same role it will show in multiple calendars?
"Private" event or task is accessible for creator and assigned user.
