What is the best way to structure a apllication where it starts with an object and has to add data from related objects to the application so the original parent of all the related data does not get lost in the the flow of the application via the web portal? It seems like as my application progresses data from the original object and parent (customer) seems to go missing. Or as I continue through the application the related forms i am moving to get mixed with other records and the flow doesnt seem to work right. Does this make sense? What is a better way to ask this question?
It sounds like your lookup fields are not being populated correctly as users are filling out forms. Make sure your lookup fields in each form are configured correctly.
