execution time

Hi Guys, I have an object script that uses a update statement "rbv_api.updateRecord". An error occurs upon execution of triggers. The error is: Error executing Trigger: "update score os" Error Error: Execution time 1224 ms exceeded allowed 1000 ms in formula:var rbv_api = new Packages.com.rb.core.services.api.ServerSideAPI(50190107, 50197948); Is it possible for you guys to extend the execution time of the scripts? Hi Jose,

We may increase the execution time to 2 seconds. Where are you running into this limitation? On the Rollbase.com or Rollbase.ph environment?

In Rollbase.ph. We already increased the exec time to 2 seconds.
