How can I set up the campaign summary view and add in individual / mass response statuses? Thanks
I am not sure what exactly you mean by this, but you can build your own campaign management functionality in Rollbase.
Create or Edit an object definition that represents people or companies you want to email. Make sure the object has the "Contact" attribute. Then you can create HTML and plain text email templates (see Mail Templates in the object definition). Once you've done that, you can go to a list of these records and select the records you want to email, then choose the template you want to send to all of the selected records.
You can use Mass Update pages on that object to track and manage campaign status for each record.
