Can I disable Quick Add option, per object, per View, etc... if so, how? (is it possible to have only a "New ..." link without the "Quick Add" ?)
This can be done on a per-page basis. Edit the page that contains the View. Select the View. In the properties box on the left you will see options for controlling the options that appear.
