In my application, I deleted a record which should no longer display in my list. Using SOAP and REST, I created a query that should behave the same as the list view. I expected the same behavior but I see those records that are already in the recycle bin. I would like to ask what field determines whether a field is deleted/placed in the recycle bin? May I ask that those records already in the recycle bin, be blocked for query in SOAP and REST so that the the records we retrieve will be the same as the one in the list views.
Please submit support request on rollbase.com with exact steps to reproduce the issue. Do you mean that you've deleted records using UI and can see them using SOAP ?
Yes, records that are in the recycle bin are being returned in API calls. They should not be.
Conclusion: This was a client-side issue. Rollbase APIs are not returning records in the recycle bin.
