Record name - When I create a reminder for some reason it is not giving the record a name - so in my view the Record name column "Reminder" is blank and there is not a link there for me to click on in order to access the record itself. Any ideas why this is like that and what i can do to fix it? Thanks.
Please submit support request with sufficient info on how to reproduce the issue (application name, object, trigger name)
As turns out "Reminder" is custom object which you've created. It has naming template {!firstName} {!lastName}. So if you create a record where both first and last name fields are empty, you'll get a record with empty name.
I can try to improve our bullet-proof capabilities, but basically this seems to be an issue on your side.
I went in and changed the naming template - I did not know you can do that or what the naming template even was. Fixed now.
