How to define the "Dynamic Record-Level Permissions&quo

1. Define relationship between your object (Purchase Order) and User (Sales Rep)
2. On Object Permissions screen allow Sales Reps to create Purchase Order
3. On the same screen allow Edit, View, Delete only through relationships with Sales Reps. Or you can allow Edit, View, Delete to Creator "role".
