I am trying to download a tabular report in both xls and csv format, but only receive the column titles in the download. This report contains 35 data elements, some of which have lengthy display names. Are there any constraints on report downloads, ie # of columns or character width?
Please provide additional info:
- customer zone name
- object name
- report name
- browser you're using
I'll investigate as soon as I have this info.
After playing with the Expand All/Collapse All options, I am now able to download the file successfully, though I am not sure why. [As it turns out, some of the fields are formulas which may include html code for display.]
Please do not spend any additional time on this.
