New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Senior Programmer/Analyst. The successful candidate must be able to analyze user requirements and then design, develop, and implement computer software applications. Experience with Progress 4GL programming, business process analysis, and database design is preferred. Experience with RAD low code technologies is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and at least three years prior experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
