Innovative Software Solutions, based in Grand Rapids, MI, is currently searching for a senior Programmer Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work with the Development team and focus on leading the modernization of the UI/UX for our Progress-based ERP software system. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with an emphasis in SPA web development and 3+ years working on large application development projects. A proven track record working within the development cycle on a cross-functional team is essential. Strong communication and problem solving skills are critical for success in this role.
Core Requirements:
*5+ years C#/Java experience
*Must be proficient with CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, & JQuery
*Proficient with MVC, MVP and MVVM design patterns
*Proficient with Visual Studio 2012 or newer
*Experience with Eclipse IDE
*Experience with RESTful web services & JSON
*Bachelor of Science, preferably Computer Sciences or IT.
In addition, the ideal candidate is not exclusively proficient in a specific language or technology stack, but is a software developer who is able to adapt to an ever changing array of projects and technologies. Prior work with Agile Development methods is a plus.
