We are busy with a Modernisation Project and our teams capacity until go-live is at it's peak. We are looking to outsource a piece of work, which we estimate is around 2-weeks effort to an interested Progress Developer with OE:11.X and strong .Net development skills.
I have a software business requirements specification (high-level) and the time demands are tight, which means interested developers would need to commence immediately and be able to work at least 4-hours per day on this development.
