short question: If i have changed a SonicMQ Endpoints init parameter, say "Message Selector", takes this change immediate effect or have i to restart some component like a container or ESB container? I'm using MQ7.5/ESB7.5.

You need to reload the container for the change to take effect. By making the change in the SMC what you have effectively done is modify the setting in the Directory Service. Reloading or restarting the container causes all the hosted components to be updated with the new configuration
