Process tracking error

Hi,

Just starting with Sonic, but am trying to add the ESB Process Tracking but getting: Problem during extraction of end-point (my process name) configuration from Domain Manager.

Any idea? is there a way to find more detailed error? or is there troubleshooting guide?

Using: Sonic 7.6

Thanks for your response,

Basically, in the ESB Process Tracking View - right click on the Domain1, then "Add Process Tracker" in the Process Chooser I chose my process, it autmatically selects the end point "dev.Traacking (Tracking Endpoing)" and when I click OK then I get attached error message.

I see.

Most likely you have not configured tracking itself for the process. Go to the overview pane of the process. Then choose a tracking level. Make sure the endpoint is set to dev.Tracking (it should already).

If that's not the case post a screenshot from your process' tracking settings.

Thanks a lot, while removing sample queues and other stuff, I've removed dev.Tracking end point via SMC, now added back and it seems to be fine!
