workbench 7.6.2 x32 in window 7 x64 got problems

I try to install workbench 7.6.2. in window 7 x64 and i got error says: UNABLE TO VALIDATE PRESS OK TO EXIT.

Any idea ?

What are the steps you taking?

Roughly they should correspond to:

  • Install 7.6 with Java 1.4 or 5 32bit
  • Apply Service Pack 7.6.2 with Java 1.4 or 5 32 bit
  • Optionally switch the global JVM in use to Java 6 and/or 64bit in MQ7.6/bin/setenv.bat
