Message 'Control Number is valid but Product Code is not

Hello everyone,

I have the following message when I try to create new broker in Sonic Managment Console:

'Control Number is valid but Product Code is not recognized'

I have license Keys for 67-day Evaluation and in the 'Control Number' field I type a license key for Sonic 8.0 (includes Workbench). This license key I typed when I installed Sonic Workbench.

Does anyone know what's going on?

For a broker you need a SonicMQ control code rather than a Sonic Workbench control code.

Go to the broker configuration properties for the management broker that was created as part of you Workbench install and copy its control code.

You should be able to use that to create an additional broker.
