Yesterday's Arcade insider newsletter was very informational.
And it first started mentioning costs (10 - 20 cent per hour, I assume that's including the OS license). A huge potential cost factor is still not covered: Progress licenses.
Is the price for the Arcade instances already including any Progress license. If so which? Is not, are we allowed to use our development licenses / PSDN licenses on Arcade? Do we need to wait for the fourth newsletter or did I miss something in the past?
